These terms govern your use of the BizSide website (bizside.ai) and services operated by BizSide, Inc. ("BizSide," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
What we do
BizSide provides business assessment and growth services for independent service professionals. Our services currently include free business assessments based on publicly available information about your business, as well as optional paid growth and operations services.
The free assessment
When you request a free assessment, we gather publicly available information about your business (from sources like Google, Yelp, Instagram, and your booking platform) and compare it to similar businesses in your area. The assessment represents our analysis and opinions based on that data. It is not financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.
You're free to act on, ignore, or disagree with anything in the assessment. We believe our recommendations are sound, but your business decisions are yours.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate information when using our services. When you submit your email, booking page, and zip code through our website, you consent to us using that information to prepare and deliver your assessment and to communicate with you about our services.

Intellectual property
The BizSide name, logo, website design, assessment methodology, and report templates are the property of BizSide, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our materials without permission.
Your business data remains yours. Any publicly available information we collect about your business was already public. The assessment we produce for you is licensed for your personal business use — you can share it, print it, act on it, or ignore it.
Accuracy and disclaimers
We work hard to ensure our assessments are accurate, but we rely on publicly available data that may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any specific data point, comparison, or recommendation.
Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you may achieve by acting on our recommendations. We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on our assessments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSide's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free services, this means our liability is zero.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Paid services
If you engage BizSide for paid services beyond the free assessment, those services will be governed by a separate agreement with specific terms, scope, pricing, and duration. These general terms still apply except where the separate agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Termination
You can stop using our services at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If we terminate a paid engagement, we'll refund any prepaid fees for services not yet delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
