BizSide, Inc. ("BizSide," "we," "us") operates the website bizside.ai and provides business assessment and growth services for independent service professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

What we collect

When you request a free assessment through our website, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your booking page or website URL
• Your zip code

When we prepare your assessment, we also collect publicly available information about your business from sources like Google, Yelp, Instagram, and your booking platform. This is the same information any potential client would see when searching for your business.

We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, referring site, browser type) through cookies or similar technologies to understand how people use our site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your personalized business assessment
• To communicate with you about our services
• To improve our service and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Formspree — processes form submissions from our website
• Google Workspace — email and document storage
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days, except where we have a legal obligation to retain it.
